Our virtual Mindfulness Sessions with Dr. Janelle are on Wednesdays @ 4:00 pm EST.  The first 15 minutes of these Sessions feature Science Demos and Inspiring Interviews that keep students engaged.  

Students are always encouraged to stay longer than the first 15 minutes to learn techniques to navigate feelings of frustration and anxiety or challenges with bullying or divorce.
